Chat actions

The chat’s Tools menu sends these requests to the agent. They come with the sandbox image.

Generate report	Write a report from this chat's existing results.	queued until the turn ends
Update report	Bring an existing report up to date.	queued until the turn ends
Answer report comments	Work through open comments on reports.	queued until the turn ends
Methods section	Write a reproducible methods section for this work.	queued until the turn ends
Checkpoint	Save progress and stop for direction.	queued until the turn ends
Wrap up	Stop the current step and preserve progress.	stops the turn and runs now

When a batch job is about to end, or the app that started the sandbox quits, the sandbox sends a similar wrap-up request by itself.
